The Chefs work with precision and restraint, drawing on produce from the garden and the day’s arrivals. Refined yet generous, simplicity allowing each flavour to speak, with influences from near and far.

Each meal is composed à la carte, shaped by the mood of the moment, in an unhurried rhythm that leaves space for time. Around a large table, with family, friends or other guests,  conversation extends the pleasure of dining.
